About the Author

Eric Bias is a MA candidate at the Julien P. Studley Graduate Program in International Affairs at The New School, with a concentration in conflict, security, and development. His research interests are US-Asia foreign policy, conflict resolution/peacebuilding, global human rights, nonproliferation, and technology.

Eric has 7 years experience working in various capacities for policy-orientated think tanks such as Asia Society, the Roosevelt Institute, and currently the Russell Sage Foundation.

He holds a BA in political science with special honors from Hunter College, City University of New York. He originally hails from West Virginia.
